Naive CD8+ T cells are antigen-inexperienced cytotoxic t lymphocytes that circulate in a quiescent state. Upon priming by antigen-presenting cells, they differentiate into effector and memory cytotoxic T cells capable of killing infected or malignant targets, serving as a critical system for studying primary immune responses, CD8+ T-cell differentiation, and the development of cancer vaccines and adoptive T-cell therapies.

MileCell's naive CD8+ T cells are isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning antigen-specific cytotoxic T-cell priming, epitope identification, TCR cloning and repertoire analysis, memory differentiation studies, and CAR-T cell manufacturing optimization.
