CD8+ cytotoxic T cells are the effector T-lymphocyte subset responsible for direct killing of virally infected and malignant cells through granzyme/perforin release and fas-mediated apoptosis. As the principal effectors of cellular immunity, CD8+ T cells serve as an essential system for studying viral clearance, tumor immunosurveillance, and the development of CD8+ T-cell-based immunotherapies including CAR-T and TCR-t.

MileCell's CD8+ T cells are isolated from peripheral blood via immunomagnetic positive or negative selection, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning cytotoxicity assays, epitope-specific T-cell studies, ELISpot assays, T-cell receptor repertoire analysis, and CAR-T functional validation.
