CD4+ helper T cells are a key T-lymphocyte subset that orchestrates adaptive immune responses by secreting cytokines and providing co-stimulatory signals to B cells, CD8+ T cells, and innate immune cells. As master regulators of immune homeostasis, CD4+ T cells serve as an essential system for studying immune regulation, autoimmunity, allergy, hiv pathogenesis, and the development of immunomodulatory therapeutics.

MileCell's CD4+ T cells are isolated from peripheral blood via immunomagnetic positive or negative selection, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning T-cell differentiation (Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg), cytokine profiling, suppression assays, antigen-specific activation studies, and drug immunotoxicity assessment.
