CD3+ pan T cells are the total T-lymphocyte population, comprising both CD4+ helper and CD8+ cytotoxic T cell subsets in their physiological ratio. As the central mediators of cell-mediated adaptive immunity, pan T cells serve as a representative primary cell system for evaluating overall T-cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine response in immunology research and drug discovery.

MileCell's CD3+ pan T cells are isolated from peripheral blood via immunomagnetic positive or negative selection, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning T-cell activation assays, mixed lymphocyte reactions, cytotoxicity studies, CAR-T functional testing, and immunotoxicity screening.
