CD56+ NK cells are innate lymphoid cells that mediate cytotoxicity against virally infected and transformed cells without prior sensitization, and produce immunoregulatory cytokines. As key effectors of innate immune surveillance, NK cells serve as a critical primary cell system for oncology, virology, transplantation research, and the development of NK-cell-based cancer immunotherapies.

MileCell's CD56+ NK cells are isolated from peripheral blood via immunomagnetic positive or negative selection, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning ADCC assays, cytotoxicity testing, cytokine release studies, expansion and activation protocols, and NK-cell engager evaluation.
