Induced regulatory T cells (iTregs) are a suppressive T-cell subset generated ex vivo from CD4+ T cells, characterized by foxp3 expression and immunoregulatory function. As key mediators of immune tolerance and homeostasis, iTregs serve as a promising cell-based system for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), and transplant rejection research.

MileCell's iTregs are differentiated from peripheral blood CD4+ T cells, with every lot validated for foxp3 expression, CD25 high expression, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh format, they can be used in applications spanning tolerance induction studies, GVHD and transplantation models, autoimmune disease research, and Treg-based cell therapy development.
