Human mobilized peripheral blood CD34+ cells are a self-renewing, multipotent population capable of differentiating into all myeloid and lymphoid blood cell lineages. G-CSF mobilization enriches CD34+ cells in peripheral blood, providing a clinically relevant source that serves as a foundational system for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, gene therapy, and regenerative medicine research.
