Bone marrow CD34+ cells are the hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell population resident in the bone marrow niche, capable of self-renewal and multilineage differentiation into all blood cell types. As the canonical source of hematopoietic stem cells, bone marrow CD34+ cells serve as the gold-standard system for studying normal hematopoiesis, bone marrow failure syndromes, leukemogenesis, and hematopoietic stem cell biology.

MileCell's bone marrow CD34+ cells are isolated from bone marrow aspirates via immunomagnetic positive selection, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry.
