Details

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are a heterogeneous population of immune cells isolated from peripheral blood, comprising lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, and NK cells) and monocytes. As a physiologically relevant primary cell system, PBMCs serve as a foundational tool for immunology research, drug discovery, and translational medicine across a broad range of study designs.

MileCell's PBMC products are isolated from peripheral blood via standardized density gradient centrifugation, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning immunotoxicity, immunogenicity testing, vaccine development, immune functional assays, and cell therapy research.
