Human mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells (hmPBMCs) are collected from donors treated with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), which induces egress of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from the bone marrow into the peripheral circulation. Enriched in CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells compared to steady-state PBMCs, mPBMCs serve as a clinically relevant source for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cell therapy manufacturing research.
MileCell's mPBMCs are isolated from G-CSF-mobilized leukapheresis products via standardized density gradient centrifugation, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning CD34+ cell isolation, hematopoietic differentiation, stem cell transplantation research, gene therapy vector development, and large-scale immune cell manufacturing for adoptive cell therapy.
