Details

Human cord blood mononuclear cells (hCBMCs) are a heterogeneous population of immune and progenitor cells isolated from umbilical cord blood, comprising naive T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, and hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. Characterized by a more naive and immunologically immature phenotype than adult peripheral blood, cord blood-derived cells serve as a unique system for developmental immunology, transplantation research, and regenerative medicine studies.

MileCell's hCBMCs are isolated from cord blood via standardized density gradient centrifugation, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning hematopoietic differentiation studies, immune cell development research, GVHD modeling, transplantation assays, and cord blood-derived cell therapy development.
