Chicken Liver Microsomes are subcellular fractions enriched with intact drug-metabolizing enzymes, including cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes, UDP-glucuronosyltransferases (UGTs), and flavin-containing monooxygenases (FMOs).

Microsomes are provided as a suspension at a concentration of 20 mg/mL in a 250 mM sucrose buffer. Each vial contains a total volume of 0.5 mL. Every production lot is tested for enzymatic activity and metabolic stability to ensure consistent performance.
