Its preparation can be accomplished through various methods such as manual homogenization, mechanical homogenization, or ultrasonication, offering straightforward and efficient protocols.

This system provides a convenient platform for in vitro metabolic studies, enabling direct co-incubation of test compounds with the Tissue Homogenate to simulate and evaluate their metabolic behavior within the tissue environment.
