Details

Tissue homogenate is a homogeneous mixture produced by physical disruption of  tissue, retaining key tissue constituents including cellular debris, organelles, and intracellular soluble components. Its preparation can be accomplished through various methods such as manual homogenization, mechanical homogenization, or ultrasonication, offering straightforward and efficient protocols. This system provides a convenient platform for in vitro metabolic studies, enabling direct co-incubation of test compounds with the tissue homogenate to simulate and evaluate their metabolic behavior within the tissue environment. Based on these characteristics, tissue homogenate demonstrates significant utility as a research tool in biomedical fields, including elucidating the pathogenesis of diseases, investigating drug metabolic pathways, and assessing potential toxicity.

Quality

This product is intended for in-vitro research and manufacturing applications only. All biological samples supplied by MileCell, as well as any materials derived from them, are strictly for in-vitro research use. They are not approved or intended for use as source material in clinical therapies. Tissue Homogenate is provided as a suspension at a concentration of 20 mg/mL. Every production lot is tested for enzymatic activity and metabolic stability to ensure consistent performance.
