Details

Human bone marrow mononuclear cells (hBMMCs) are a heterogeneous population isolated from bone marrow aspirates, comprising hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, lymphocytes, monocytes, and early myeloid precursors. As the primary site of hematopoiesis, bone marrow mononuclear cells serve as an essential system for studying normal and malignant hematopoiesis, bone marrow microenvironment interactions, and hematological disorders.

MileCell's hBMMCs are isolated from bone marrow aspirates via standardized density gradient centrifugation, with every lot validated for high purity, viability, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Available in fresh and cryopreserved formats, they can be used in applications spanning hematopoietic stem cell assays (CFU), stromal co-culture studies, leukemia research, bone marrow niche modeling, and the development of hematopoietic cell therapies.
