This formulation is serum-free, animal-origin free, protein-free, USP Grade, FDA DMF filed, and clinically applicable. It is available in both bottle and bag formats and contains 10% DMSO.

The CGT formulation is suitable for cryopreservation workflows involving CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells, expanded NK cells, expanded γδ T cells, MSCs, iPSCs, and other cell therapy products.

With its regulatory filing status and safety assessment support, Kryogene® CGT is intended to help researchers and developers working in cell therapy, translational research, and process development establish more reliable cryopreservation workflows.


Kryogene Cell Freezing Media – DMSO Free

Kryogene Cell Freezing Media – DMSO Free is developed for workflows where avoiding DMSO-related toxicity is a key consideration.

This formulation is serum-free, animal-origin free, DMSO-free, USP Grade, FDA DMF filed, and clinically applicable. It is available in both bottle and bag formats and contains human serum albumin, HSA.

The DMSO Free formulation is recommended for MSCs, neuronal cells, and other DMSO-sensitive cell lines requiring DMSO toxicity avoidance.

For sensitive cell types or workflows where DMSO exposure may affect cell quality or downstream performance, Kryogene DMSO Free provides an alternative cryopreservation option while maintaining strong quality and regulatory support.


Kryogene Cell Freezing Media – Serum Free

Kryogene Cell Freezing Media – Serum Free is a research-grade cryopreservation solution for broad routine cell preservation needs.

This formulation is serum-free, animal-origin free, protein-free, USP Grade, and sterile compliant. It is available in bottle format and contains 10% DMSO.

The Serum Free formulation is suitable for human and animal primary cells, stem cells, immortalized cell lines, and other routine research-use cell types.

For laboratories seeking a ready-to-use, serum-free freezing medium for standard research applications, Kryogene Serum Free offers a practical and accessible option.

The Kryogene comparison table evaluates the three formulations across 14 key parameters:
