MileCell Biotechnology is pleased to announce its membership in the 3Rs Collaborative (3RsC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing better science for both people and animals through the principles of Refinement, Reduction, and Replacement (3Rs).
The 3Rs Collaborative brings together stakeholders from industry, academia, government, and regulatory agencies to accelerate the development and adoption of scientifically sound approaches that improve research quality while promoting animal welfare.
MileCell’s participation reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting more predictive, reproducible, and biologically relevant research systems that help advance drug discovery, translational science, and next-generation preclinical research.
Supporting the Evolution of Human-Relevant Research Models
Across the life sciences industry, there is growing interest in research approaches that better reflect human biology while improving scientific predictability and reproducibility.
Technologies such as organoids, microphysiological systems (MPS), organ-on-chip platforms, and other advanced in vitro models are increasingly being integrated into drug discovery, toxicology, disease modeling, and translational research workflows.
