CD14+ monocytes, a crucial myeloid leukocyte subset in the immune system, are defined by the surface expression of CD14, a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) receptor. They are key multifunctional effector cells of the immune system, with functions including phagocytosis of pathogens, antigen presentation, and cytokine secretion, thereby participating in the regulation of both innate and adaptive immunity. Therefore, the efficient isolation of high-purity CD14+ monocytes is a critical step for advancing related immune function research and cell therapy development.
MileCell MagSep™ CD14 MicroBeads, Human are superparamagnetic nanoparticles conjugated to monoclonal anti-human CD14 antibodies for in vitro positive selection or depletion of CD14+ monocytes from mononuclear cells derived from peripheral blood, Leukopak, cord blood, bone marrow, and other single-cell suspensions.
l High Viability, Recovery, and Purity of Isolated CD14+ Monocytes.
l The isolated cells maintain efficient differentiation potential into dendritic cells (DCs).

Figure 1. Fresh human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) derived from single donors served as the starting material to compare CD14+ monocyte isolation performance between MileCell MagSep™ CD14 MicroBeads and competitor products under identical conditions, assessing post-separation viability, recovery, and purity.

Figure 2. Using fresh PBMCs from a single donor as the starting material, target cells were isolated under identical conditions with MileCell MagSep™ CD14 MicroBeads and competitor products, followed by induction and differentiation into mature dendritic cells (mDCs). Results show that mDCs from the MileCell MagSep™ group exhibited good consistency with competitor in viability, morphology, surface marker expression, and yield.
