Milecell MagSep™ immune cell separation Microbeads are superparamagnetic nanoparticles that, through surface-conjugated monoclonal antibodies, bind to target cells to enable the enrichment or depletion of specific cell populations. With a broad application scope, this product is suitable for use with fresh or frozen mononuclear cell (MNC) suspensions derived from various sample types, including peripheral blood, Leukopak, umbilical cord blood, and bone marrow.
Milecell MagSep™ Positive Selection Microbeadsmagnetically label the target cells, the magnetically labeled target cells are retained in the separation column within the magnetic field, while unlabeled cells flow through. After removing the column from the magnetic field, the target cells can be eluted.
Positive selection can be achieved through direct magnetic labeling using specialized Milecell MagSep™ Microbeads. These nano-sized beads enable minimal labeling of target cells while preserving abundant surface epitopes for downstream applications. Their nanoscale size and low labeling concentration effectively prevent activation of target cells, making this product suitable for various immune cell types.

Simple operation, cost-effectiveness, high cell viability, and suitability for large-scale sample processin.
1. Nanoscale Precision
Nanomicrospheres feature a small particle size design combined with minimal labeling, fully preserving cell viability.
2. Intelligent Targeted Labeling
Utilizes high - specificity antibody conjugation technology, where trace labeling does not interfere with cell functions.
3. High Compatibility & No Residue
Made of biodegradable materials with low endotoxins and high safety, it is compatible with downstream applications like flow cytometry sorting, in vitro culture, and single - cell sequencing.
4. Excellent Batch - to - Batch Consistency
Ensures stable quality, guaranteeing high reproducibility of experimental results.
5. Simple & Convenient Operation
Comes with matching sorting columns for efficient cell sorting.
Milecell MagSep™ Cell separation microbeads are widely used in biomedical research and clinical applications. Key application areas include:
1. Immune Cell Research
l Immune cell subset isolation: Separation of CD4+, CD8+ T cells or CD14+ Monocyte for immune function analysis, vaccine development, and immunotherapy
l CAR-T cell preparation: Precise isolation of target T cells to enhance the efficacy and safety of CAR-T cell therapies
2. Cellular Functional Studies
Isolation of unactivated cells for proliferation assays, cytokine secretion tests, and other functional experiments, ensuring minimal interference with native cell behavior
